  • Collaborate with other SMEs outside of the EUC team to deliver complex infrastructure and capability to the business
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex EUC issues, ensuring timely resolution to minimize business impact.
  • Mentor and support junior staff in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technology adoption.
  • Implement and enforce endpoint security measures, including antivirus, encryption, device management policies, and compliance with regulatory standards
  • Design and maintain application delivery mechanisms, such as virtual desktops and virtual presentation (e.g., Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop, Omnissa Horizon) and software packaging for enterprise distribution.
