Guesty is seeking a creative and experienced Field Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Marketing team. This role, reporting to the Head of Field Marketing, will be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of Guesty’s events. Additionally, it will involve collaborating closely with the Field Sales team to align marketing strategies with their objectives and help ensure their goals are met. Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Help develop, plan and execute Guesty’s event marketing strategy, including sponsored, owned and partner events, both in-person and virtually - with a focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Oversee the planning and logistics for in-person sponsored events, including, but not limited to, vendor management, materials preparation, travel arrangements, and coordination with third-party agencies or contractors. 
  • Work closely with the Field Sales team to understand local market needs and tailor events to specific regional or account-level priorities.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to align event schedules and marketing efforts with broader sales targets and goals.
  • Conceptualize and work alongside the Content Team, to create event-related content, promoting Guesty’s offering to our target audience. This includes event themes, landing pages, virtual presentations, print materials, booth copy, email content for campaigns and more.
  • Connect - and maintain constant communication - with associations, Guesty’s Marketplace partners and industry leaders/organizations on their owned events, uncovering relevant opportunities for our participation.
  • Help in planning GuestyVal, Guesty’s conference for clients and prospects, working with external and internal teams to ensure everything is aligned with our goals.
  • Work with teams across the company – from Sales to Strategy to Product - to identify and evaluate new event opportunities that will position Guesty as a thought leader and bring the right leads into our pipeline.
  • Own and manage a portion of the events budget, making sure all activities are in line with Guesty's lead generation efforts and contribute to our funnel of marketing activities.
  • Generate in-depth reports together with our Performance team to showcase event ROI and track converted leads.

Requirements

Skills & Requirements: 

  • 2+ years in B2B event marketing/event management
  • Native English speaker - a must
  • Ability to easily travel to NYC, when requested
  • Proven ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment, to meet tight deadlines and to align with marketing budgets
  • Excellent communicator, collaborator, and creative thinker, with the ability to use data to inform all decisions
  • Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Flexible work schedule and the willingness to travel
  • Familiarity with Hubspot, Monday.com and Salesforce - a plus
  • Experience at a tech startup - a plus
