Account Manager, Nursing Health Education

About the Role

As a Customer Success & Account Manager, you will provide faculty product consultation, training, and ongoing support for the Canadian market. Through excellent onboarding and support this role helps to ensure product optimization and the renewal of accounts through high faculty satisfaction.
 

Responsibilities

  • Supporting our Field Sales Team, this includes administrative tasks related to sales activities
  • Supporting customers with onboarding, in-depth training, and consultation on best practices to achieve product optimization for complex full curricular adoptions
  • Preparing pricing and discounting of custom packages and entering them into Salesforce
  • Responding effectively to inbound customer inquiries and concerns
  • Monitoring product usage to identify intervention opportunities. Identify churn risks and upsell opportunities for sales team.
  • Serving as product expert and sharing Canadian educational trends and requests from meetings with faculty
  • Assisting with virtual student and faculty orientations as needed


Requirements

  • Be detail oriented and possess excellent organization skills
  • Have experience in education, training, sales, support, communications field, or digital media/communications
  • Be able to solve complex problems, demonstrating attention to detail and
    researching technical issues
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint are required).
