About the role 
 

Lead and manage global website maintenance and development projects with a strong focus on WordPress platforms. Ensure seamless project execution, aligning technical solutions with business goals while maintaining high-quality standards and timely delivery. 

What you’ll do 

Project Management: 

• Plan and oversee website maintenance and development projects, including new feature rollouts, updates, and performance enhancements. 

• Define project scope, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring alignment with the Client’s strategic objectives. 
   

Stakeholder Engagement: 

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the Client’s teams and project stakeholders. 

• Facilitate communication to ensure clarity on goals, progress, and deliverables. 
   

WordPress Expertise: 

• Leverage deep knowledge of WordPress to guide platform maintenance, development, and customization. 

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure compatibility, performance, and scalability of WordPress-based solutions. 
   

Resource and Team Coordination: 

• Manage cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and technical specialists. 

• Allocate resources effectively to balance priorities across website maintenance and development programs. 
   

Risk and Issue Management: 

• Identify potential risks in project execution and develop mitigation strategies. 

• Address issues promptly to maintain smooth workflows and prevent delays. 
   

Performance Tracking and Reporting: 

• Monitor project KPIs, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines. 

• Provide regular updates to stakeholders, highlighting achievements and resolving challenges. 
   

Process Improvement: 

• Implement best practices in website maintenance and development to ensure operational efficiency. 

• Continuously refine workflows to improve delivery timelines and quality outcomes. 

About you 

• Demonstrated experience managing website maintenance and development programs, with a strong emphasis on WordPress. 

• Proven track record in delivering digital projects on time and within budget. 

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 

• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies. 

Preferred Skills: 

• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana. 

• Understanding of website UX/UI and content management workflows.
