The Opportunity

As Sales Operations Manager, Enterprise Digital Media, you will play a pivotal role in scaling how we operate our $3B Global Digital Media Enterprise Business. You will have the opportunity to partner directly with our Enterprise sales, finance, and operations leaders who support the world's largest accounts by providing run-the-business analytics, insights and inspection to drive continued business growth. In this role, you'll work closely with sales leaders who are driving the success of Adobe’s innovative AI solutions, including Firefly, Acrobat AI Assistant, and Express, as they bring these innovations to market. Your analytical proficiency and business context will be instrumental in forecasting and guiding a global organization as it continues its growth trajectory with AI solutions. What you'll Do
  • Lead the global KPI Cadence alongside global sales operations and sales leaders to drive the right inspection and insights to ensure the business is aligned on the core drivers of topline and inform investments in enablement, product, and marketing.
  • Run the global deal review process and follow-through, ensuring our executives are effectively guiding sales teams on our most critical deals to accelerate revenue and drive an accurate forecast.
  • Merge customer insights and financial modeling to synthesize business narratives for growth and retention to share with senior leadership across sales, operations, finance, and product, throughout the quarter and for QBRs.
  • Support a weekly and quarterly cadence of outlook and pipeline inspection, focusing on in-quarter and out-quarter items, ensuring sales leaders prioritize critical metrics
  • Collaborate with BI teams to scale insights out of Excel to benefit the field.
  • Support sales team operations in systems such as Anaplan, SFDC, and Clari.
What you need to succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience" and 5+ years of practical experience in sales operations, GTM, sales finance, or a related function.
  • Proven financial modeling experience and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding critical thinking skills and the ability to effectively partner with senior-level sales leadership.
  • Strong communication skills to present forecasts and business narratives confidently.
  • Ability to prioritize and pivot in a fast-paced enterprise sales environment

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $76,400 -- $163,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
