Job Description

For our international R&D Competence Management Team, we are looking for an intern (m/f/diverse) to start as soon as possible a mandatory internship of 6 months. It is possible to combine a mandatory part (at least 10 weeks) with a voluntary internship alongside your studies. The work can take place either at the Lindau location or remotely.

During your internship, you can look forward to the following tasks:

  • Support in the strategic development of competence management and our learning culture (including processes and tool landscape)
  • Close collaboration and active participation in international projects
  • Independent media design and internal communication with our stakeholders
  • Preparation and follow-up of events, training courses and competency evaluations
  • Support in statistical data analysis, data presentation, development of measures and reporting
  • Opportunity to design the internship partly according to your own interests (e.g. workshop moderation, trying out other specialist topics)

Qualifications
  • Current studies in the field of human resources, talent management, education, psychology, business administration or a comparable course of study
  • Basic knowledge of project management and data analysis
  • Confident use of MS Office programs (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • First experiences with Power BI dashboards are a plus
  • Good German and very good English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Interested in working in an international team
  • Quick comprehension, analytical thinking and selforganized style of working
  • Good self-motivation and organizing skills within a team
