Reporting to our VP of People and Culture, the Team Lead – Learning & Development will be the architect of a dynamic internal learning academy that fuels the growth of our 300+ practice and tech professionals.

You'll be responsible for designing and executing a L&D strategy that aligns with our business goals and talent needs. This includes crafting engaging learning programs that enhance systems knowledge, streamline processes, and cultivate essential soft skills.

We're looking for someone who is a strategist, an engaging facilitator, and a data-driven decision-maker. You'll inspire a culture of continuous learning, mentor an L&D specialist, and use your expertise to develop all employees within our organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Learning Strategy & Program Design:
  • Develop a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with our business goals and talent needs.
  • Design and implement engaging learning programs that cover systems training, process optimization, and essential soft skills.
  • Training Delivery & Facilitation:
  • Lead the delivery of training modules, utilizing various methods (e.g., workshops, e-learning, blended learning) to maximize engagement and knowledge retention.
  • Leadership Development:
  • Partner with leaders across the organization to identify and address leadership development needs.
  • Design and deliver leadership development programs that build critical skills and cultivate a strong leadership pipeline.
  • Performance & Impact Measurement:
  • Coach and mentor L&D team members to refine their facilitation skills and ensure consistent delivery quality.
  • Establish clear metrics to measure the impact of learning and development initiatives on individual and team performance.
  • Continuously assess and enhance the effectiveness of our learning programs through data-driven insights.
  • Regularly report on the progress and impact of L&D programs to senior leadership.

  • Qualifications:
  • Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience in a Learning & Development role, with a track record of building and implementing successful training programs.
  • Leadership: 2+ years of experience leading and mentoring a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Instructional Design Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in instructional design principles and methodologies, with a focus on creating engaging and effective learning experiences.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills and experience using data to measure the impact of L&D initiatives and inform decision-making.
