Develop, manage, and execute detailed project plans.
Assemble project teams and assign individual responsibilities in collaboration with key project stakeholders or team leads.
Create and regularly update project schedules and budgets.
Ensure resource allocation, timeline adherence and budget compliance.
Build key relationships with stakeholders across all levels. Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.
Facilitate clear communication of project progress, changes, and risks with executives, functional teams, and end-users.
Conduct regular meetings to manage expectations, update project status, and address issues.
Proactively identify project risks, issues, and dependencies; develop mitigation and contingency plans.

Manage testing, validation, and post-implementation review to guarantee project success and stability (particularly for projects that require systems/ tools implementation).
Prepare and present reports on the progress of the project, as well as reporting on results and successes.
Ensure the quality of cooperation between one’s own departments and other employees/company departments in an international perspective. Meeting organization, designating common aims, execution of tasks, delivering outcomes. Ensuring proper communication in the international environment with respect for cultural differences
Support the continuous development of the Project Management framework within the Corporate IT department and the wider organization.
Perform other tasks delegated by the supervisor within the framework of the employment contract.

At least 7 years of experience as a Project Manager, specifically in software development and software implementation projects.
University Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
Strong understanding of software development and cloud computing concepts, platforms, and technologies.
Advanced knowledge of English.
Motivated and goal oriented.
Familiarity with Information Technology governance frameworks and best practices.
Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello) and ERP platforms.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Prince2) and best practices.
Strong experience in project planning, stakeholder management and risk analysis.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience in leading project teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Relevant certifications in the respective areas are welcome. Project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 will be a plus.
Knowledge of Automotive industry.
