Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an HR Advisor – Dutch Speaker located in Flex Timisoara, offering the possibility of working remotely.
Reporting to the HRBP Support Team Leader, in this role you will collaborate with both colleagues and third parties, and perform your work in a dynamic people oriented team.


What a typical day looks like:

  • You will process the assigned tasks, related to HR processes, adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures, meeting the Service Level Agreement;
  • You will perform actions in HR systems (Data entry);
  • You will provide help-desk support and counseling for all employees, and work closely with the managerial team;
  • You will perform reporting activities, as well as HR general support;
  • You will provide quality and timely delivery of process outputs and aim to achieve internal customer satisfaction; improve the performance benchmarks and work towards process improvements.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • Basic experience in the HR field;
  • Possess excellent Dutch and English skills - as a mandatory prerequisite;
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel – very good level);
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new changes in the process;
  • Sense of urgency and client service oriented;
  • Interpersonal skills, initiative and flexibility;
  • Successfully work within a team and believe in the concept of “teamwork”;
  • Proactive and details oriented personality;
  • Experience in a manufacturing company is a plus;
  • Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management / Equivalent Post-Graduate in HR – will be considered a strong plus.
