As Process Expert I - DSP you will be responsible for providing front line expert support for all process-specific issues to production within one or more production steps, to ensure execution of processes on-time, continuously improving in quality and productivity, performed in compliance to cGMPs, SOPs and applicable guidelines and functional standards (e.g. HSE...).

Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Providing expert support for complex questions and challenges related to processes and production.
Coordinating and ensuring the timely completion of all production procedures and documentation in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines.
Facilitating the transfer of information and increasing awareness among production teams regarding issues or changes that affect technical factors, quality, or the environment.
Implementing and maintaining quality systems at the location in accordance with corporate and regulatory guidelines, and introducing and implementing new standards in processes.
Leading and participating in continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity and other projects in collaboration with experts from other departments and functions in accordance with cGMP, SOP, environmental management, and other guidelines. Conducting activities to ensure the timely completion of projects.
Providing support or collaborating in identifying technical needs to achieve strategic production goals and preparing feasibility studies in collaboration with engineering. Taking an active role in the preparation of technical project documentation (e.g., URS, etc.).
Performing other tasks as instructed by superiors and taking responsibility for personal and professional development.
What you will bring to the role:
BSc. in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry, Pharmacy
or equivalent scientific degree.
Desirable MSc. or equivalent experience.
Fluent in English and proficient in site local language.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Minimum 3 year experience in process support role on the shop floor of
GMP manufacturing and/or QA/QC.
Proven process understanding (Pharma, GMP, Regulatory aspects).
