Job Title: Process and Integration Specialist
Location: 
Remote (PST Time zone)
Salary Range: 
up to 2500 USD

Work Schedule: 
Monday - Friday, 10:00 PM to 6:00 PM (PST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an innovative and organized Process and Integration Specialist to support the evolution and development of our real estate sales and operations processes. The ideal candidate will own the creation, implementation, and maintenance of integrations across various platforms, focusing on data integrity, efficiency, and enhancing the client experience. This role requires independent thinking, critical problem-solving, and a proactive approach to improving our team's capacity and operational flow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership for the evolution and development of our real estate sales and operations processes.
  • Develop and maintain integrations across various platforms, primarily within LeadSimple CRM.
  • Manage and ensure the accuracy of data integrity and information flow across systems.
  • Identify and recommend tools and integrations to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Work independently on assigned projects while collaborating with leadership, sales, and marketing teams when needed.
  • Protect and uphold the consistency of our information assets rigorously.
  • Troubleshoot problems and provide tech support for team (PC, Apple, Android products).


Qualifications:

  • Experience with LeadSimple CRM (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Notion, Zapier, and working with APIs (preferred).
  • Strong tech-savviness with an imaginative and organized approach.
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity.
  • Experience with Google Workspace and Google apps is helpful.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Comfort using various AI tools to create content, and enhance capacity, products, and systems
  • Experience in small real estate teams or similar environments.
  • Background in supporting real estate sales or operations.
  • The ideal candidate will have the capability, drive, and self-awareness to self-learn what they need to know.
  • Experience with LeadSimple isn't required, that would filter out too many candidates, but an aptitude for problem solving, tech, and solution-oriented thinking is important.
