Job summary:
As an Onboarding Specialist at AutogenAI, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all users realise the magic that AutogenAI brings to the bid and tender writing process. By leading our customer onboarding and adoption journey, you’ll ensure every customer experiences the full potential of our AI-powered solutions. You will be responsible for impactful training and support, working closely with our Sales and Customer Success teams. This role offers unique opportunities to create memorable, meaningful customer interactions, drive product adoption, and contribute to our platform’s strategic growth across user communities.
What you'll be responsible for:
- Training and Coaching:
- Deliver tailored virtual or in-person training sessions that enhance customers’ understanding and use of AutogenAI’s platform.
- Conduct training needs analyses to align sessions with each customer’s specific goals and success criteria.
- Provide ongoing, ad-hoc coaching to address real-time customer needs and support their use of the platform.
- Content Development:
- Create and customise training content to meet customer requirements.
- Produce engaging content for business development purposes, including demo snippets, webinars, and blog posts.
- Customer Strategy and Analysis:
- Collaborate with Sales and Account teams to understand and prioritise customers’ objectives, training outcomes, and engagement expectations.
- Develop and execute project plans for each customer, monitoring progress, identifying challenges, and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives to drive customer adoption and maintain usage health.
- Customer Support:
- Coordinate with Technology teams to customise platform configurations that meet customers’ needs.
- Manage customer feature requests and provide feedback to the Product team.
- Communicate new platform updates, addressing any customer questions or concerns.
What you'll bring to the team:
- Adaptability and Customer Focus: A proactive approach to understanding and addressing customers’ needs, ensuring their successful engagement with the platform.
- Communication and Facilitation Skills: The ability to communicate clearly with diverse business audiences, delivering effective training sessions and fostering positive customer relationships.

- Collaboration and Teamwork: A strong sense of teamwork, with a willingness to collaborate across departments to achieve collective success and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in customer onboarding, training, or customer success roles, with a focus on SaaS or cloud-based platforms.
- Industry Knowledge: Background or familiarity with industries such as engineering, construction, infrastructure, or transport logistics is advantageous.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in virtual training platforms and CRM software; experience with project management tools is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bid Writing Knowledge: Prior experience or understanding of bid and tender writing processes.
- Training Experience in APAC Markets: Experience delivering training within APAC business environments, including cultural nuances and communication preferences.
