Your key responsibilities

Your job will involve supporting our team by:
 

  • Assisting with consultancy, audits and checks related to EU-funded projects
  • Working with information systems, assisting in the verification and evaluation of projects, and ensuring their compliance with legislation
  • Searching for, comparing, and verifying project information
  • Performing administrative tasks such as preparing documents for printing, scanning, organizing, and processing files, and ensuring the adequacy and completeness of documentation submitted to clients

 

Skills and attributes for success

  • Fourth or fifth-year university student studying economics, management, law or public administration
  • Fluency in Slovak and English
  • Analytical skills and good knowledge of MS Office (primarily MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel and inherent functionalities)
  • Well-developed communication skills
  • Team player
  • Initiative and enthusiasm
  • Knowledge of the EU funding environment, project cycle and the Slovak Act on Public Procurement is considered an advantage
