Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

- 4 hours a day,  20 hours a week  
- Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 12:00 pm Sydney time and 2 hours flexible within business hours (9:00 am to 5:00 pm Sydney Time)


About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with robust WordPress and Elementor skills to join a digital agency team. This is an exciting opportunity for a tech-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about digital solutions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, manage and maintain WordPress websites using cutting-edge tools like Elementor
  • Build and update web pages with a keen eye for design and user experience 
  • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to turn visions into reality.
  • Ensure high-performance and availability, managing all technical aspects of the CMS.
  • Establish and guide the website's architecture.
  • Ensure high-quality source code, testing, and debugging.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers and web designers to improve usability.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements.
  • Support day-to-day digital agency operations with efficiency and creativity
  • Assist with various administrative and technical tasks that contribute to the agency's success
Requirements
  • Proven experience with WordPress and Elementor
  • Strong background in website management and development
  • Previous experience working in a digital agency environment (preferred)
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to think creatively and solve problems independently
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
