This is a remote position.

Salary Structure:
Rs. 22,500 per month in hand for the initial 6 months
Rs. 27,500 per month after the initial 6 months

Experience Required: 2+ years
Required: Prior experience in a staffing and recruitment agency

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong business acumen, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
    • Understand clients' business needs and objectives, and develop tailored staffing solutions.
    • Proactively anticipate client needs and address concerns.
    • Conduct regular client meetings to review performance, discuss challenges, and identify opportunities.
  • Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
    • Prepare and present proposals and presentations to potential clients.
    • Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability.
  • Project Management:
    • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial briefing to final delivery.
    • Assign and manage resources effectively to ensure timely and quality delivery.
    • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
    • Resolve project-related issues and challenges.
  • Team Management:
    • Collaborate closely with internal teams (recruiters, consultants, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of projects.
    • Provide guidance and support to team members.
    • Motivate and inspire the team to achieve high performance.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management or a similar role in a staffing agency.
  • Strong understanding of the staffing industry and recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM and project management tools.
  • A passion for client service and a results-oriented approach.
