Are you an experienced Operating Room Manager looking for an exciting travel assignment. Join Trinity Health's FirstChoice Mobile Resource Pool as an Interim Leader and take your expertise on the road! FirstChoice Leaders fill vital interim leadership roles across our nationwide healthcare system, providing support where it's needed most.

In accordance with the Mission and Guiding Behaviors, the Interim Emergency Room RN Director, works collaboratively with all members of the healthcare team to provide administrative support and direction to managers within Emergency Room Services/assigned area(s) of responsibility over agreed upon assignment (interim) period.

Provides clinical and administrative leadership for planning, organizing, directing, monitoring, and evaluating safe high-quality patient care/services as directed by the ministry/site executive team. Reports to the ministry/site senior executive, based upon assigned interim duties; and to the FirstChoice executive leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

  • Registered Nurse RN Licensure: Valid and current registered nurse licensure is required.

  • Experience: 3 or more years of RN Manager, Operating Room experience is required.

  • BLS certification: Current American Heart Association.

Pay rate is $4375.00 Gross Weekly. This rate includes a tax free stipend for travel.
