The Humana Florida Team is seeking a Senior STARS Improvement Consultant/ Professional who will work directly with the Stars Improvement Lead to assist with the implementation and management of highly visible Pharmacy development strategies. Additionally, the associate will engage with various business partners and be responsible for managing critical features of large scale projects.

Must have strong coordination, written and verbal communication skills
Execution and outreach of Pharmacy initiatives and present opportunities for improvement
Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned physician groups to influence execution of recommended strategy, use of self-serve tools and promotion of interoperability solutions
Maintain collaborative relationships with internal partners (PE, MRA, Interop, Clinical Team, etc.)
Instill focus on Stars/Quality performance
Develop and lead presentations to physician groups to promote performance improvement
Actively supports team engagement and well-being improvement plans
Articulate and model desired culture attributes and Humana values
Educate physician groups on reward programs and target metrics and collaborate with them to achieve established goals
Data interpretation and analysis
Draft and review Documents

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
2 or more years of Healthcare experience
Understanding of metrics, trends and the ability to analyze and identify gaps in care
Experience in completing efficient analysis of data with associated conclusions and recommendations for improvement
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Live in Florida
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in Business Administration, Health Administration or a related field
Understanding of CMS Stars, performance measures, HEDIS knowledge and experience
Pharmacy management experience
Self-starter with a high level of accountability and a strong desire to excel in a fast-paced, highly-demanding environment.
Progressive experience in the health solutions industry
Prior managed care experience
Background working in quality improvements
Experience with SQL which includes the ability to create reports from scratch and also run existing reports
Proven organizational and prioritization skills and ability to collaborate with multiple departments
Experience with tools such as SAS, Power BI, SSIS, Power Apps, Power Automate, Tableau, Qlikview and/or Microsoft Access for running analysis, automating processes, or creating dashboards, self-service tools, and data visualizations
Data analysis, experience with relational databases

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$76,800 - $105,800 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
