Are you a scheduling expert who thrives on creating seamless and engaging experiences? Do you have a talent for keeping teams aligned and ensuring every step of the hiring process is smooth and efficient? If so, we’re looking for you to join us as our new Recruiting Coordinator

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams, ensuring a streamlined and positive hiring experience for everyone involved. You’ll play a key role in shaping a process that reflects our commitment to excellence and professionalism.


What You’ll Be Doing
  • Interview Scheduling and Coordination: Manage interview calendars with precision, using our scheduling tools and communicating regularly with candidates, interviewers, and recruiters.
  • Candidate Sourcing Support: Partner with the team to review inbound and outbound applicants, helping recruiters and hiring managers identify top talent.
  • Applicant Tracking System Maintenance: Keep our ATS (Greenhouse) organized and updated to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Enhancing the Candidate Experience: Create a personalized and thoughtful interview journey for all candidates, whether they’re actively engaged or future prospects.
  • Effective Communication: Serve as the central point of contact for candidates and internal teams, keeping everyone informed and aligned throughout the interview process.
  • Real-Time Problem Solving: Address challenges as they arise, such as rescheduling interviews, troubleshooting technical issues, or navigating last-minute changes.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve the hiring process, ensuring a faster, smoother, and more enjoyable experience for all stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For
  • 1+ years of experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience as a Recruitment or Talent Acquisition Coordinator.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Experience using a top-tier Applicant Tracking System (bonus points for Greenhouse expertise).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and set clear expectations with various stakeholders.
  • A collaborative mindset and a proven track record of thriving in team environments.
