Onboarding Specialist

The Role
The Onboarding Specialist will be in charge of facilitating new team member interviews with prospective customers by collecting video interviews from candidates and successfully distributing them to prospects.The objective of the job is to ensure that we are able to not only understand customer demand but also provide the most adequate candidates to all of Wing’s customers.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their ideal candidate and process their plan inquiries
- Record ad-hoc questions for video interviews using Videoask
- Collect video interview answers from candidates and ensure that the quality meets our requirements
- Work with sales and recruitment to ensure that we not only have the right requirements but that we are able to provide candidates that meet the prospect’s criteria in their entirety
- Coordinate with recruitment to generate video interviews


Required Experience
- 2 years of experience in any of the following areas: Onboarding, Customer Success, Client Management, Recruiting, Professional Staffing
- Experience speaking to candidates and conducting high-volume interviews
- Experience with video conferencing software and using it to conduct interviews
- Experience working with customers to understand their needs and coordinating with multiple parties to ensure demand is met
- Must have the ability to professionally communicate with prospects in the English language

Nice to Have

Experience in the global outsourcing industry
Experience working as a full-cycle recruiter and sourcing high-quality candidates
Experience working with online meeting platform skills (Google Meet, Zoom, or Skype)and possess strong calendar management skills
Critical thinking skills, attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication in English
Confident, coachable, and enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-moving environment

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00
