Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, both internally and for client projects.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand specific staffing requirements and tailor recruitment approaches accordingly.
  • Participate in client recruitment projects, collaborating with client stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and contributing to sourcing and presenting qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate and maintain open communication with internal and external clients throughout recruitment project timelines to ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Utilize recruitment platforms, databases, and social media channels to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Support in refining job descriptions and role requirements to ensure clarity and attract suitable talent.
  • Coordinate with other departments and team members to support Employer Branding initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Communicate regularly with candidates and other shareholders, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the hiring process.
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including scheduling interviews and handling candidate follow-ups.
  • Participate in recruitment-related initiatives to enhance candidate experience and employer brand awareness.
  • Take part in new employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition into the Company.
  • Other duties within the scope of this position may be required from time to time.

  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in business English. Please note all interviews will be conducted in English.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software or applicant tracking systems is a plus.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
  • Positive and team player personality.
  • Fast learner, ability to master new concepts quickly.
  • Ability to work from a home office.
  • Work hours will be based on US TIME ZONES with some flexibility.
