Job description

Ignite visibility, an award-winning digital marketing agency with offices in San Diego, CA and Orlando, is seeking a highly motivated sales hunter to join our franchise sales team. This individual will act as a sales hunter and prospector, identifying, engaging, and closing new franchise partners. 


The Business Development director works directly with the VP of Business Development, and the entire Business development staff to reach Ignite Visibility Franchise sales goals. We are looking for a sales hunter to actively pursue new growth opportunities within the franchise community focused solely on identifying and presenting franchise marketing services for franchise development and franchisor / multi-unit franchisees. Successful track record in creating and selling marketing services to a franchise client base is highly desirable. 


Key Skills and Traits: 

  • Bring energy and momentum to sales efforts to identify new opportunities 
  • Ability to build rapport and strong understanding on needs-based sales fundamentals
  • Self-motivated to actively prospect and outbound sales activities (Calls, Emails, SMS)
  • Proficient in social selling utilizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Franchise event networking experience and possess existing relationships with franchisors 


Responsibilities: 

  • Perform market research to identify new opportunities 
  • Professionally persistent outreach, qualifying warm leads to qualified meetings
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new leads and prospects
  • Give compelling intro presentations and fact finding (Needs, Intent, Budget)
  • Build a network of industry contacts within Hubspot Sales Hub and Salesforce CRM
  • Ability to clearly articulate the value proposition and benefits of services via Zoom 
  • Develop and maintain up to date knowledge of evolving digital marketing industry
  • Attend networking events (IFA, FLDC, Franchise Expo’s and more) 


Required Qualifications

  • Must have 3-5 years of direct sales experience 
  • Highly motivated sales hunter
  • Proven success selling to Franchisors, Franchise Development, Large Franchisees
  • Strong consultative sales skills
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Detailed-oriented and Proficient in Google Slides, Docs and Sheets
  • Proficient in Salesforce, HubSpot 
  • Direct Agency Sales or SAAS Platform Experience 
  • Working knowledge of omnichannel digital sales channels
