Customer Order Specialist

Job Description

As Customer Order Specialist you will join Philips’ Supply Chain. Join our Supply Chain team that is responsible for managing orders and offers for Health System products. In our Philips HS portfolio you can find our well-known products such as cardio monitors, ultrasound, defibrillators and diagnostic imaging equipment. Our customers are the most innovative hospitals around the world.

Your role:

  • Providing support, preparing offers, order cleaning and booking with further standardizing and documenting the way of working within the team. 
  • Managing incoming customer orders (systems, options and upgrades), overseeing and coordinating the process to complete and correct the order information until the order is ready to be booked.
  • Handling quotation process (preparing offers details, verifying price data, preparing documents for customers).
  • Collaboration with various departments (Field Service Engineers, Order Managers) to complete sales processes and prepare cases for further processing by the Supply Chain team (internal communication in Polish and English).


You're the right fit if:

  • You are fluent in both Polish and English languages (B2 or higher).
  • You are a proactive person with a keen attention to detail.
  • You have professional experience in a matrix organization, particularly in customer service or supply chain (would be an asset).
  • You possess strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple functions to achieve results.
  • You are skilled with Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • You have knowledge of SAP or other ERP (would be an advantage).
