Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for helping people? BPO Services is looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients via phone.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Upsell products and services when appropriate.
Qualifications:
  • Graduation is mandatory.
  • Proven 1 year customer support experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

  • Core i5 gen 7 or above
  • 8GB RAM
  • genuine windows 10 or 11 with latest service pack; fixes/patch management to be carried out by partner on these end-points at regular intervals (virus definition updates, windows updates as the examples)
  • Camera availability is must
  • >=20Mbps internet connection (broadband connection is most preferred and mobile hotspot is not allowed)
  • Genuine/Full version of Endpoint protection on the system
  • Compatible USB headsets for WFH users
  • UPS is mandatory
  • EDR installation is a must
