Job description

Do you follow all the latest developments in technology and gadgets? Do you have excellent communication skills in Italian? This is your chance to work as a Customer Specialist for one of the Big Streaming channel companies!

Starting date beginning of MAY 2024

Responsibilities:

- Communicate with customers via chat, e-mail & calls (small percentage)

- Track and follow cases to ensure they closed in an efficient and timely manner

- Maintain high customer satisfaction, representing a major brand

- Assist customers to manage/secure their account & passwords

- Escalate unresolved cases by contacting 2nd level support Interaction Experts

What you will bring:

- Fluency in Italian (minimum C1) and Advanced English knowledge

- Great communication skills

- Prior customer support experience would be an advantage

- Strong troubleshooting skills
