What you will do

  • Understand and implement best practices regarding the communication of customer pricing & contract information.
  • Coordinate with the Distributor Reporting team as pricing issues are identified through the rebate and related pricing reconciliation process, to include engagement in discrepancy and re-submission transactions to ensure monthly due dates are met for Stryker business financials.
  • Coordinate with the Healthcare Operations team to accurately communicate customer pricing eligibility including local, Flex,IDN, and GPO tier relationships.
  • Maintain and update distributor acquisition costs as a part of annual pricing communication.
  • Participate in multi-divisional and multi-departmental projects to implement strong pricing communication processes to manage change and ensure seamless implementation of pricing changes with distributors.
  • Provide analysis of customer information and historical sales data utilizing internal and external software applications as opportunities and needs are determined.
  • Analyze root cause for reoccurring contract discrepancies and work with distributors to get contract eligibility in sync.
  • Assist with sales inquiries that may result in corrections for unit of measure, customer cross reference, and different contract eligibility issues.

What you need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 6+ years of professional experience in lieu of a degree required.
  • 1+ years of professional experience required; experience with key indirect channel or commercial pricing and contracts experience is recommended preferred.
  • Excel proficiency required, SAP and Model N experience preferred.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with large data extracts preferred.

$58,700 - $118,600 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
