THE ROLE

We are looking for an Ad Monetization Manager to join the company’s growth efforts in expanding one of its core business activities. As an Ad Monetization Manager, you will be key in expanding our Ad Monetization effort by exploring new demand partners, optimizing mobile apps, and implementing new strategies and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze Ad Monetization performance, formulate hypotheses, create and evaluate a/b tests to grow LTV
  • Monitor the performance of mobile apps to ensure stability and discover potential issues early
  • Set up ad mediation stack for the new applications
  • Ensure compliance with ad quality guidelines for ads to maintain the best possible user experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in mobile app monetization
  • Work in cross-functional teams including User Acquisition, Monetization, ASO, Product, Creative Studio, and Data.

Requirements

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Must-have:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Ad Monetization Manager working with mobile applications or games
  • Hands-on experience with Ad Mediations (MAX, ironSource, AdMob, etc.) and Ad Networks (Applovin, Admob, Unity, ironSource, Mintegral, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills, proficient in Excel, and able to translate data into actionable insights
  • Curious and adaptable, you thrive in a constantly changing industry
  • Well-organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • A team player with excellent communication skills
  • Fluent English - both verbal and written

Nice-to-have:

  • Past experience with managing Utility apps
  • Strong understanding of the subscription model for apps

We are a distributed team of more than 120 people, all working remotely and communicating partially synchronously (we usually overlap with our teams for 3/4 hours daily and are free to work on some of the tasks whenever it suits us best).
