About the Opportunity
Reporting to the PMO Lead, the Project Coordinator will provide high level project support to Project Managers within the JV. The Project Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring that project deliverables, outcomes and plans are implemented effectively, working in consultation with project staff and key external stakeholders.
About you
The skills and experience required in the position include, but are not limited to the following:
- Proven technical project expertise including advanced skills in the use of project management systems enabling the creation of data, reports, charts, and presentations.
- Proven project experience in independently drafting key project document by analysing and interpreting data to create project reports, briefings, and presentations.
- Proven project management expertise including the ability to monitor project delivery by tracking and analysing project tasks and deliverables against project forecasts, identify and recommend corrective actions.
- Ability to manage project financial requirements including budget spend to project scope, validation of billed hours, following up timesheets and ensuring financial processes adhere to internal processes.
