Your Role:
Stay Organized: Use project management tools (like ClickUp, Asana, Monday, or Jira) to keep track of all our projects and tasks.
Assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Team Helper: Work closely with our team members to understand what they need and help them stay on track with their tasks.
Meeting Master: Help set up meetings, take notes, and make sure everyone knows what they need to do next.
Problem Solver: When small problems pop up, you'll be there to help find solutions so our projects can keep moving forward.
Learn and Grow: Be open to learning new things, whether it's a new tool, a better way to organize tasks, or how to manage projects more effectively.
Skills and Qualities We Love:
Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong interest in project management and a desire to learn and develop new skills in this area.
Basic organizational ethics and commitment to learning.
Some experience with project management tools like ClickUp, Asana, Monday, or Jira is a plus.
Super organized and great at paying attention to details.
Collaborating with project managers and team members to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
Creating and maintaining project schedules, timelines, and task lists using project management software.
Monitoring project progress and identifying potential risks or issues, proactively addressing them to minimize impact on project timelines.
Facilitating communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and clients.
Assisting in the preparation of project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
Conducting research and staying up-to-date on best practices and trends in project management.
Good at communicating with others and working as part of a team.
Eager to learn and not afraid to ask questions.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience in project management or coordination is a plus, but not required.
Openness to learning and adapting to new tools and technologies.
Someone who loves solving problems and helping others.
