Key Responsibilities:
- With data and analytics at the core, drive digital transformation and capability build for Expert Marketing. Step change use of data and analytics to continue to optimise ROI.
- Works closely with the brand team and leads own team to create expert brand plan for key brand/market combinations. Includes clear strategy on expert job to be done, content toolkit, expert engagement plan and investment guidance.
- Responsible for developing and deploying the Expert Marketing Strategy aligned with global expert program. Effectively influences several stakeholders to ensure buy-in to recommended strategies and plans.
- Build multi-channel expert marketing strategies for oral health portfolio and create campaigns to increase reach and drive recommendation.
- Observing and directing the activities of the promotion teams in accordance with marketing strategies.
- Carrying out market research to keep up to date with recommendation rate for oral health conditions.
- Develop network of KOLs and dental associations and collaborate with them for marketing activities.
- Responsible for developing, proposing, coordinating, and driving the external expert engagement strategy and operations for oral health.
- Organizing events (congresses, workshops, seminars, etc.) and creating content align with marketing strategies.
- Lead HCP & HCO Engagements for oral care activations for advocacy & lead speaker engagement to ensure collaboration align with brand strategy & speaker’s expectations.
- Managing the entire process from start to finish including TPRM assessments, contracts, purchase orders and payments for the engagements.
- Drive conversion thru sampling and increase sample pressure for every category and manage sampling activities.
- Drive collaboration with cross-functional partners including Medical Affairs, Marketing and Regulatory to support their external focus and deliver the Trusted Science pillar via expert scientific advocacy.
- Deliver management monitoring and reporting on the application and tracking of appropriate governance policies across global expert engagements such as HCP interactions and payments, audits/assessments, contracts, data disclosure, HCP payments, metrics, etc.
- Lead the Management Monitoring for Scientific Engagements, KEE Engagements, and Sampling in line with SOPs.
- Manage P-expert A&P effectively
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate degree on Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Economics, or Faculty of Dentistry,
- Marketing experience for 5-8 years in an FMCG or pharma industry
- Team player, self motivated & open to grow
- Good problem solving and project management skills, with delivery focus, ability to work to tight timelines and to manage priorities
- Persuasive communicator in English, with strong ability to work collaboratively in a multi-functional environment
- Project management experience in a cross-functional environment
