We are looking for a customer-obsessed, commercially-minded professional to join our growing Account Management team. As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for growing and maintaining our existing revenue base with many of the world’s most exciting global brands. You’ll have a dedicated book of business and it will be up to you to own the commercial partnership between Botify and those customers. You’ll be passionate about helping customers realize value from their technology investments and will earn credibility by becoming adept at articulating and showing the core capabilities of Botify’s solution.

Lead quarterly business reviews, owning a value-based commercial narrative and business outcome.Your qualifications:Looking for various levels of seniority for the team, between 2 and 7+ years of relevant experience in the SEO or broader digital technology space, with demonstrated success in demanding, fast-paced environments.Authentically passionate about helping our customers grow their businesses and hit their targets.Empathetic and persuasive, with a strong mix of emotional intelligence and business savvy.Goal-driven, with capabilities of identifying clear paths to positive outcomes in complex scenarios.Highly detail-oriented and able to keep numerous balls in the air at once without skipping a beat; you can project manage and set priorities while managing multiple client relationships.Dependable, honest, and trustworthy in your communication both internally and externally.Ambitious; energized by being part of a high-performing, world-class team.We are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
