Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

  • Contract type: Independent Contractor
  • 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday 10 am to 7 PM Eastern (10:00 PM to 7:00 AM Manila Time)with 1 hour unpaid lunch break


Scope


  • Operate in a remote work environment

  • Collaborate with the client to refine scripts and improve conversion rates

  • Participate in regular performance reviews and training sessions


Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients who have recently been arrested

  • Explain the benefits of connecting with a criminal defense attorney

  • Schedule appointments between potential clients and attorneys

  • Use provided dialer system to efficiently manage high call volumes

  • Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in the CRM system

  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets

  • Adapt communication style to effectively engage with diverse individuals

Requirements


  • Excellent communication skills in English

  • Previous experience in cold calling or appointment setting

  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and auto-dialer software

  • Strong time management and organizational skills

  • Resilience and ability to maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations

  • Basic understanding of legal terminology (preferred but not required)
