Working closely with Commercial Excellence and Demand planning Manager, the Sales Excellence Manager is responsible for Elevating & Optimizing our Sales & Commercial approach supporting the organisation in becoming a world class commercial organisation by: 

-Development and Execution of Best Practice Sales training  

-Be the SME in development of Sales training for sales process including L-Acoustics commercial system approach fundamentals, opportunities management & qualification, markets and competitive landscape in collaboration with the Education Team. 

-Support the Sales & Sales Operations, Business Development & Application team in onboarding new Sales staff. 

-Support the Sales team in onboarding new Certified Providers. 

-Project Journey

-Project definition, identifying the special needs per Market in the dynamic environment

-Definition of Stages and Milestones, Key contacts and Networking tactics

-Development of Case Studies, liaison with internal / external stakeholders

-Support the launch and implementation of new Technologies/Solution/business Models into the sales Organization. 

-Value proposition development 

-Beta & pilot projects

-Design & Develop the Commercial Value proposition

-Support and Co-Develop the L-Acoustics Value Proposition from a commercial viewpoint in collaboration with Product management. 

-Ensure the commercial value proposition is embedded within the sales and Business Development Teams.

-Support communication development between L-Acoustics and Certified Provider Network & Actions

-Ensure clear monthly communication between, in collaboration with the Communication department

-Responsible for Customer Survey, design & roll out

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English

  • Minimum 10 years of experience working on installation projects

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Candidate must be energetic, self-motivated and desire to collaborate and be a team player

  • Strong experience within a sales organization
