Sentara Health is hiring an Executive Assistant to support Supply Chain in Norfolk, VA!

Status: Full-Time, permanent position (40 hours)

Standard working hours: 8am to 5pm, M-F;

Location: Will report daily at Sentara Park in Virginia Beach, VA; With flexibility and work from home days

Job responsibilities:

Performs complex and administrative tasks and provides primary executive support to SVP, Chief Procurement and Real Estate Officer and VP, Strategic Sourcing.

Required qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent REQUIRED

  • 3 years Executive Assistant/Secretarial/Admin experience REQUIRED

  • 7-12 months sound experience and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems REQUIRED
