WW Sales Enablement Process and Tools Instructor (MAS)

  

This role has been designated as ‘Remote/Teleworker’, which means you will primarily work from home.

Job Description:

   

Essential Job Functions

The role will include, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

  • Form and maintain relationships with Learning Architects, Development Managers, and Instructional Designers to ensure training meets all requirements.
  • Professional and efficient collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement the best learning practices.
  • Basic content design and consulting skills.
  • Learn and understand HPE’s suite of sales tools and stay updated on new features and best practices (SFDC, Clari, Installed Base, Digital Sales Rooms)
  • Develop and deliver engaging training programs on sales tools, both in-person and virtually
  • Provide one-on-one mentorship to sellers, offering personalized guidance on tool usage and sales strategies
  • Collaborate with the Sales Enablement and external teams to align tool training with overall sales skills programs
  • Gather feedback from sellers and clients to continually improve training programs and identify areas for tool enhancement
  • Create supplementary learning materials such as quick reference guides, video tutorials, and best practice documents, when applicable
  • Monitor and report on tool adoption rates and impact on sales performance

 

Skills

  • Proven experience in sales, sales enablement, or a related field
  • Strong aptitude for learning and teaching technology tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply
  • Experience in creating and delivering training programs
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach individuals to improve their performance
  • Demonstrates a "can-do" spirit, ownership, and commitment
  • Highly motivated and able to manage constant change 
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with course design and development
  • Expert MS Office skills
  • Has advanced organizational and time management skills
  • Background in writing and editing

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Sales or Sales Enablement experience
  • English requirements
  • HPE Experience of at least 2 years
  • Familiarity with HPE tools and processes
  • Familiarity with various sales methodologies (i.e. Challenger, Solution Selling)
  • Knowledge of HPE offerings, solutions, and services, or experience in the IT/technology industry
  • Understanding of as-a-service sales models and their impact on the sales process
  • Experience in sales training or sales enablement roles is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Must be able to work independently on multiple tasks and exercise judgment within defined parameters
  • Good Technology skills - Microsoft Office knowledge is a must (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) and background knowledge of content development would be useful. Articulate program basic skills would be a plus.
  • Ability to be collaborative, solution-focused and act with a sense of urgency, where needed
  • Strong verbal and written communication using a variety of tools
  • Fluent English speaker
