Sales and Client Enablement Manager

Join our marketing and communications team to drive impactful client and sales enablement initiatives.


Position Overview

The Sales and Client Enablement Manager will be an essential member of our marketing and communications team, focused on building a comprehensive toolkit that includes strategic go-to-market messages, artifacts, and collateral. You will play a key role in supporting business growth and client retention efforts through close collaboration with sales and client services teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Client Enablement

    • Partner with the Sales and Client Enablement Director and Manager to support new business and revenue growth through strategic deal support and prospecting.
    • Develop and customize content for sales and client enablement, continuously improving the toolkit and enablement process.
    • Support client retention strategies, including communication programs and renewal support.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Coordinate with business stakeholders to ensure sales and client enablement content is relevant and customized.
    • Build strong relationships with sales, subject matter experts, and other creative team members to produce high-impact client experiences.
  • Project Management and Content Development

    • Create and manage custom content and collateral:
      • Email Campaigns: Oversee email distribution and content creation for newsletters, promotional materials, cross-sell campaigns, and internal announcements.
      • Presentations: Develop PowerPoint presentations for sales pitches and stewardship meetings.
      • Prospecting Support: Provide tailored collateral and support for territory events.
      • Webinars and Meetings: Prepare materials for sales meetings and coordinate external webinars.
  • Industry Knowledge

    • Stay informed on healthcare industry trends and care management to maintain relevant and insightful client and sales interactions.

Position Requirements
  • Experience and Skills

    • Benefits Administration: Industry experience required.
    • Sales Management: 3-5 years in sales management.
    • Sales Enablement/Marketing: 5+ years in sales enablement or marketing.
    • Project Management: Strong experience in managing multiple projects with varying priorities.
    • Communication Skills: Experience in B2B communications, journalism, marketing, or corporate communications.
    • Industry-Specific Content Creation: Background in developing content in complex industries (healthcare, finance, tech, etc.) is a plus.
    • Software Proficiency: Experience with Seismic, Monday.com, and Zoom is advantageous.
  • Preferred Skills

    • Copywriting and Editing: Ability to produce clear and effective written content while adhering to corporate style guidelines.
    • Public Speaking/Sales Presentations: Strong presentation skills and experience in sales interactions.
    • Microsoft Office Expertise: Proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.
  • Education

    • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

 

 

Standard working hours are 8am-5pm Central Time, unless otherwise stated in the Job Description. 

 

 

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $85,000-$98,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses.  If you are hired at bswift, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package!
