How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Job Description Summary: The Maintenance Coordinator partners with the facility operations teams and zone support staff to plan, execute and continuously improve the required maintenance for all equipment. Functions as the Subject Matter Expert for the maintenance program for the assigned plants. 

  • Execute Turnaround Outages 

  • Leads the preparation of outages and planned maintenance

  • Lead and manage all scopes of work to be completed including management and coordination of contractors

  • Defines strategy for safely returning plant equipment to operation

  • Maintenance Program Support

  • Assist with the facility-specific Spare Parts Inventory and gaps to critical spares inventory required to maintain and improve plant reliability

  • Leads periodic assessments for spares at facilities

  • Support the continuous improvement mission at all facilities

  • Clearly evaluates the reliability of rotating equipment

  • Identify improvement ideas for facilities and assist in any way possible the implementation of the ideas

  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests

  • Collaborate with your peers in the National Support & Reliability Team to identify and communicate best practices  

  • Acts as a Safety Champion and supports all associated AMG level safety programs
