This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 20 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday, flexible between 9AM to 6PM Eastern Time

Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in executing innovative marketing strategies for real estate investors. Working closely with the lead strategist, you’ll be responsible for implementing SEO tactics, managing paid advertising campaigns, and contributing to the growth of clients’ online presence. This position offers a unique blend of hands-on experience in digital marketing and the chance to shape the success of a startup agency. You’ll have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, hone your skills in various marketing tools, and make a significant impact on client outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Execute comprehensive SEO strategies to boost clients’ search engine rankings and organic traffic
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta (Facebook)
  • Implement website updates and improvements using Elementor and WordPress
  • Set up and manage reach marketing campaigns on Google
  • Follow and execute detailed marketing playbooks and roadmaps provided by the lead strategist
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements in a dynamic startup environment
  • Provide regular, data-driven updates on campaign performance and SEO metrics
  • Collaborate with the lead strategist to refine and improve marketing strategies
Requirements
  • 3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO and paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta)
  • Proficiency in WordPress and Elementor is an advantage, or a strong willingness to quickly learn and master these tools 
  • Sharp analytical skills with a data-driven approach to marketing strategy and execution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions
  • Adaptable mindset with a passion for learning new skills and technologies
  • Experience in real estate marketing is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to work flexible hours within the Eastern Time (ET) zone
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
