Amazon Operations Manager

private-label branded products. Our products are sold through online stores and third-party platforms like Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, and more. We are ranked in the top 1% of Amazon e-commerce companies and continue growing rapidly.

We seek a proactive and highly detail-oriented Operations Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, experience managing remote teams, and a solid understanding of supply chain and logistics, particularly within the Amazon sales channel. This remote role requires availability during Eastern US time zone hours. Join us as we continue to grow and strive to become one of the top e-commerce suppliers in the U.S.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated success in operations management within a business that sells through Amazon, with a proven track record of consistently meeting operational and strategic goals.
• Deep and comprehensive understanding of Amazon’s platform, including FBA, AWD, Seller Central analytics, and other seller tools, with the ability to manage complex operational challenges.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and enforcing robust attention-to-detail processes, minimizing operational mistakes, and ensuring accuracy across all business functions.
• Exceptional project management and planning skills, with a proven history of successfully managing complex, multi-phase projects from start to finish while meeting or exceeding objectives.
• Extensive experience using advanced project management tools and methodologies, with a proven ability to set, track, and enforce strict project deadlines and milestones.
• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated success in problem-solving and driving operational improvements in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, focusing on proactively identifying and resolving ineƯiciencies.
• Proven and measurable success in managing and mentoring a remote team, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams across different time zones, driving accountability and performance.
• Advanced supply chain management and logistics knowledge, with hands-on experience optimizing procurement, inventory control, and distribution processes to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
• Expertise in process optimization, cost reduction, scalability, customer satisfaction, strategic alignment, and risk management, with a demonstrated ability to drive meaningful improvements across the business.
• Ability to work autonomously with high accountability, consistently delivering results without constant oversight while proactively addressing challenges.
• Proficiency in using software and tools for project management, data analysis, and operational tracking, with the ability to generate actionable insights from data to optimize business operations.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively collaborate with remote teams, ensuring alignment and coordination across all levels of the organization.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Amazon or other major US e-commerce platforms.
• Familiarity with advanced supply chain management techniques and tools.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) or equivalent experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Amazon operational tools (e.g., Helium 10, Seller Central analytics) and experience scaling operations for Amazon businesses in competitive categories.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize our Amazon sales channel operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service.
• Oversee and optimize supply chain and logistical operations, including procurement, inventory control, shipping, warehousing, and distribution, to ensure efficiency and cost-eƯectiveness.
• Establish and maintain strict quality control measures to ensure accuracy and attention to detail across all operational tasks, especially inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Lead and manage projects by developing and enforcing detailed project management frameworks, ensuring milestones are clearly defined, tracked, and met.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the business across all channels and departments, ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently.
• Proactively identify operational inefficiencies and recommend data-driven improvements, emphasizing accountability in meeting project deadlines and operational goals.
• Manage and mentor a remote team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure team success.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance overall performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align operations with business goals.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports on operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
