We're hiring a Marketing & Proposal Coordinator on behalf of a dynamic consulting firm specializing in aviation, transportation, and tourism. As a Marketing & Proposal Coordinator, you will:

• Manage and maintain a leads management system, working across various practice areas.
• Support proposal development by drafting and structuring submissions that adhere to client requirements.
• Maintain company information, CVs, bios, project profiles, and templates.
• Monitor procurement websites and industry databases to develop pursuit lists for project opportunities.
• Create and manage content for social media platforms and lead the development of annual content calendars.
• Support CRM initiatives by managing data quality and conducting customer analysis.
• Assist in executing marketing campaigns, preparing conference materials, and enhancing client outreach and brand awareness.

We're seeking candidates with:

• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience or a combination of education and hands-on experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience preparing and coordinating proposals (experience in aviation, transportation, or tourism sectors is an asset).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced level) and familiarity with graphic design tools like Adobe InDesign.
• Experience managing Adobe Cloud and MS Office methods of pdfor docx/pptx review
• Ability to use web and multimedia applications to create content for web and social media platforms.
• The ability to maintain brand standards and develop marketing materials.
• A proactive, self-starter attitude with effective time management skills.
• Bonus: Experience executing targeted marketing campaigns.

Benefits & Perks:

• Competitive salary:
• $55,000 - $70,000 CAD annually for candidates based in Vancouver or Toronto.
• $50,000 - $65,000 USD annually for candidates based in Washington, DC.
• Salary will reflect qualifications and experience, with potential for a performance-based bonus.
