Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Integration Strategy Development: Define and execute the strategy for integrating payment systems and treasury management solutions with ERP platforms to enhance cash flow visibility and operational efficiency.Be accountable for achieving business impact.

  • Business Requirements management: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements. Translate business needs into clear and actionable user stories for the development team.

  • Backlog Management: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that it reflects the latest business priorities and provides sufficient detail for development teams to execute effectively.

  • Product Roadmap: Develop and communicate a clear product roadmap, outlining key features, releases, and milestones. Align the roadmap with business goals and objectives.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, keeping them informed about the progress of projects and gathering feedback to drive continuous improvement.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with development teams, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of Finance IT solutions. Foster a collaborative evironment that promotes transparency and communication.

  • Quality Assurance: Define acceptance criteria for user stories and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that delivered features meet business requirements and quality standards.

  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate the effective use of Finance IT solutions. Develop documentation and training materials as needed to support user adoption.

Requirements
  • Ideal candidates for this role typically have 3 years of experience in product management, with a focus 

  • on cash flow optimization, payment systems, treasury solutions, or ERP system integrations. Strong 

  • analytical skills and experience in delivering complex technical integrations

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, specifically in cash flow management, payment systems, 

  • treasury solutions, or ERP integrations.

  • Strong understanding of financial workflows, cash management processes, and payment processing

  • systems.

  • Experience with ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and treasury management

  • systems (TMS).

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to prioritize product backlogs and deliver technical requirements effectively.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

  • Fluency in English and Russian

Nice to have
  • Certification in Product Management (e.g., PMP, CSPO).

  • Knowledge of APIs, integration protocols, and data security practices.

  • Experience working with payment providers, banking systems, or fintech platforms.

  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., PCI DSS, ISO 20022).

  • Understanding of financial regulations and treasury operations.
