Job description

Job Title: Sales Development Representative
Location:
Remote (EST Time zone)
Salary Range:
up to 3000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday
Standard Hours:
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
Flexibility Required:
Candidates should be prepared to adjust their working hours between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM EST as needed.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Sales Development Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will generate leads, engage with potential and existing customers, and support the sales team by setting appointments and managing data. Your contributions will drive our sales efforts and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and contact potential customers through calls, emails, and social media.
  • Customer Outreach: Engage with current, former, and prospective customers to build relationships and uncover sales opportunities.
  • Qualification: Assess leads based on specific criteria to determine their sales potential.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Follow-Up: Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads to nurture relationships and guide them through the sales pipeline.
  • Data Management: Accurately record and manage all customer and lead information in the CRM system.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share insights.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on lead generation activities, pipeline progress, and conversion rates.


Qualifications:

  • Language Skills: Proficient in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales development or customer outreach is highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with RingCentral, Helpwise, and CRM software.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Organizational Skills: Effective multitasking, organizational prowess, and attention to detail.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Capable of engaging diverse customer groups and fostering strong relationships.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in coaching or training soccer.
  • A background in engaging with parents, especially mothers, in a consumer service setting.
