Director of Sales, Healthcare

Job Summary 

This role will manage and oversee the sales operations for the Healthcare sales team. This role will design plans to meet sales targets, develop and cultivate relationships with clients. 

Duties and Responsibilities 

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
• Create and communicate sales goals and ensure leaders are informed on the progress of those goals.
• Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
• Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes.
• Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.
• Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets.
• Responsible for team quota +/-$8m, team of approximately 6.

Minimum Qualifications 

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Experience in Healthcare Background Screening required.
• 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience in sales leadership required.
• Winning mentality with a leadership mindset.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Capacity to manage various projects and work on tight deadlines.
