Job Description

As a Cold Caller / Outreach Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind our catering and large order sales, directly impacting our growth trajectory. You’ll connect with local businesses, schools, churches, and organizations, building relationships that turn into profitable partnerships. Your role is crucial in expanding our footprint and establishing our brands as the go-to choice for group dining and events. If you’re a self-starter with a passion for sales and the ability to think on your feet, this role offers the perfect blend of challenge and opportunity in a thriving industry.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume outreach via phone, email, and social media to potential catering and large order clients
  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline of business leads in the local area
  • Execute follow-up strategies to nurture relationships and close sales
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system, tracking all interactions and progress
  • Meet daily call quotas and work towards ambitious sales targets
  • Assist with recruitment efforts by screening job applicants (10-20% of your time)
  • Collaborate with the management team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates
Requirements
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to connect authentically with a diverse customer base
  • Proven track record in B2B sales or appointment setting preferred
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
