Role overview

As an Accolade Outreach Specialist, you will be a trusted go-to resource who helps get members engaged with Accolade and enrolled in targeted programs. You’ll have the opportunity to help members get the right care at the right time… no problem is too big or too small. A successful candidate will be effective at properly educating members on the benefits of Accolade services while delivering a high quality member experience.

A day in the life…

  • Deliver effective and enthusiastic communication to encourage and motivate members to utilize Accolade’s services and be proactive about their health
  • Collect pertinent history from our members and triage to the appropriate frontline care team member
  • Provide concierge level service with every member we connect with and establish a successful rapport to instill trust in our team
  • Proactively communicate the benefits and the value of our service with every member contact
  • Independently manages task load to support outbound and inbound interactions to and from our members on a daily basis
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

What we are looking for...

High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 1+ years employment experience in the customer service industry, the service industry, administration, or reception
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to communicate with individuals at various levels within the organization
  • Ability to thrive in a performance based environment Demonstrate high level of personal accountability
  • Commitment to quality and continuous improvement
  • Ability to perform well under pressure, adapt to change, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic, evolving environment
  • Ability to independently manage one’s own workload to meet the demands of the business Operate from a perspective of truly caring about our clients and creating value for them

Salary- $19.50
