Overview:
Responsible for the administrative and processing duties related to item and exam development. Facilitates item writing workshops, working group meetings, and other item/exam development ad hoc meetings.
Responsibilities:
- Review newly submitted exam items for compliance with item development guidelines and communicates results to item writers.
- Assist with the scheduling, communications and coordination of item and exam activities and other related programs. This includes monitor email accounts, process applications, payments, CPE, etc.
- Develop and proof master files and back up files for workshops, serve as scribe and assist with all administrative duties during workshops and working group meetings.
- Create, maintain, and monitor item writing drives in the online item writing tool and serve as a point of contact for item writer support. This includes running reports and creating and maintaining spreadsheets to track performance metrics.
Track and process expense reports.
Perform reviews and/or update item writing training documents, Proof exam translation files
