The Position:

This position enhances the Order Processing department and its organization by being responsible for the coordination, implementation, execution and completion of specific projects and reporting, ensuring consistency.

FUNDAMENTAL DUTIES:

 

  • Defines project tasks and resource requirements needed for process improvements for OP
  • Monitors and reports on progress of the project to appropriate management members in OP
  • Evaluates and assesses results of projects
  • Works with IT to determine which reports need to be retired or restructured within SQL
  • Creates graphs/charts to assist manager with analyses.
  • Creates new reports in report builder as requested by manager
  • Runs and modifies any existing reports for the management team (OP, Art, Digital Output)
  • Records productivity data and maintains master departmental tracking sheets
  • Completes RCM trend analysis
  • Provides graphs and scorecards for productivity, RCM’s, other tracking as requested of Manager for the department (as a whole, by area, and by employee)
  • Communicates with customers by e-mail and/or telephone
  • Maintains report subscriptions for the OP/Art management team
  • Updates Sharepoint segments as required by department manager
  • Tracks and updates customer resources needed for Leed’s on SharePoint
  • Performs other duties as assigned

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: 

  • Prioritizes responsibilities for maximum productivity
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Strong Customer Service etiquette
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a strong sense of urgency
  • Attention to detail and follow up
  • Proficient computer skills with a solid understanding of, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook, Power Point, Access, Illustrator

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: 

  • Associates Degree preferred
  • 1 year experience Customer Service experience in an administrative type role preferred.
  • Experience with SQL basics preferred
