A little description of the role…
We are looking for a results-driven Demand Generation Manager to join Solink's Growth Team. This person will play a pivotal role in driving lead acquisition, nurturing, and conversion through multi-channel marketing initiatives aimed at expanding our pipeline and accelerating revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing campaigns that create awareness, engage prospects, and generate qualified leads across all segments.
WHO YOU ARE:
Experience: You have 5+ years in a demand generation, digital marketing, or related role, ideally in a SaaS or B2B environment. You are versatile when it comes to targeting small businesses or larger accounts with a multi-channel approach.
Tech-Savvy Marketer: You have proficiency in marketing automation, CRM (e.g. HubSpot), digital advertising targeting, and experience with segmentation, retargeting, and multi-touch attribution is highly valued.
Collaboration: You have demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product and Marketing teams to drive campaign success for different sizes of target accounts.
Adaptability: You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. You are highly organized and able to quickly pivot and adjust strategies in response to performance data and market changes.
Communication Skills: You have strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to convey insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Team player: You have a strong work ethic and a team player mentality

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Demand Generation Strategy: Develop, execute and optimize multi-channel demand generation programs (including digital advertising, content marketing, email marketing, direct mail, and coordination with our event manager, and other channels) that aim to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
Campaign Management: Build, manage, and analyze marketing campaigns to ensure strong ROI. Collaborate with the sales and product teams to create targeted campaigns that align with Solink’s brand and resonate with our core audience.
Account based campaigns: Design, execute and refine ABM campaigns that address the unique needs of mid-sized and large organizations. Collaborate with Sales, Enterprise Marketing and Product Marketing on personalized engagement strategies that build awareness and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts.
Cross-functional Collaboration with Sales: Partner with Sales to align on account qualification criteria and goals. Implement lead handoff processes that support Marketing initiatives.
Collaboration with stakeholders (Sales, Product Marketing, Marketing) to create cohesive and aligned demand generation efforts.
Market & Customer insights: Align with Product Marketing and leverage the understanding of all segment challenges and buying processes. Use this data to inform campaign themes, messaging and content that resonate with different segments.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on demand generation KPIs to understand campaign performance and refine future initiatives, with a focus on account-level metrics and buyer engagement. Share insights with the team to improve targeting and messaging strategies.
