Posting Salary Range: $53,045 - $66,837

What We’re Looking For:

Trillium Health Resources is seeking a Provider Data Management (PDM) Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The PDM coordinator will be responsible for providing data analysis and support to the Provider Data Management unit. This role is vital to ensuring the integrity and accuracy of provider data, which is essential for claims payment, contracting, quality management and the prevention of penalties due to inaccuracies. The PDM coordinator will contribute to a variety of activities, including data processing, crosswalk analysis, auditing, trend identification, and provider outreach.

On a typical day, you might:

  • Develop network adequacy analytical reports. 
  • Performs audits. 
  • Review daily files and makes determinations regarding how changes noted affect contracts, member access, and service delivery.
  • Develop provider communications.
  • Gather and provide reports on data reviewed.
  • Communicate with Providers and internal staff.

Qualifications: 

Education: Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree

Experience: 

  • Associate’s degree in a Mathematical, Technology, Business, Healthcare Administration, Human Service field, or other data related degree program and four (4) years’ experience in the mental health/substance use or developmental disabilities field which includes experience in data management activities, reporting or use of databases. OR 
  • Bachelor’s degree in a Mathematical, Technology, Business, Healthcare Administration, Human Service field, or other data related degree program and two (2) years’ experience in the mental health/substance use or developmental disabilities field which includes experience in data management activities, reporting or use of databases. OR 
  • Equivalent combination of education/experience.

License/Certification: n/a

Must have a valid driver’s license

Must reside in North Carolina to be considered for remote status
