What You’ll Do:

  • Own the pre-sales process for assigned accounts, aligning solutions with client needs.
  • Serve as the primary strategic advisor for high-value clients, fostering strong relationships.
  • Lead onboarding and implementation to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Develop trust-based client relationships, acting as their advocate within Nagomi Security.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to deliver timely solutions.
  • Monitor customer health metrics, proactively addressing potential churn.
  • Conduct business reviews and check-ins to showcase value and align on goals.
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand solution adoption.
  • Translate client feedback into actionable insights for product enhancements.
  • Craft and execute customer success strategies to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Lead strategic account planning, driving measurable client outcomes.
  • Act as a trusted expert on Nagomi Security’s solutions, guiding clients on best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical customer success, customer success engineer, technical account management, or related role.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and growing enterprise-level accounts.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity products and services is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
