Job Functions
The role will include, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
- Form and maintain relationships with Learning Architects, Development Managers, and Instructional Designers to ensure training excellence.
- Professionally collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best learning practices.
- Deliver HPE's comprehensive onboarding curriculum to new sellers through engaging classroom instruction.
- Provide one-on-one coaching to new sellers, offering personalized guidance on sales strategies and best practices.
- Stay current with HPE's portfolio, solutions, and sales methodologies.
- Gather participant feedback to continually improve training programs.
- Create supplementary learning materials to reinforce classroom training.
- Monitor and report on new seller progress and program effectiveness
Skills
- Proven experience in sales, sales enablement, or sales training
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Excellence in developing and mentoring sales professionals
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively
- Demonstrates a "can-do" spirit, ownership, and commitment
- Highly motivated and adaptable to change
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Experience with learning management systems and virtual training platforms · Expert MS Office skills
- Advanced organizational and time management abilities
- Background in adult learning principles
Qualifications
- 2 years of Experience in sales training or sales enablement roles; Sales experience, with an understanding of the sales cycle
- Bachelor's degree, preferred or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of sales methodologies (i.e. Challenger, Solution Selling)
- Knowledge of HPE offerings, solutions, and services
- Understanding of as-a-service sales models
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong collaborative skills with the ability to drive urgent solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent English speaker
- Global business experience preferred
